I ordered 402 sq. ft. from Hackettstown flooring store, but my order ended up delayed indefinitely (and H'town Flooring tried NOT to give me a refund) Nancy at Dug's Rugs answered my call and presented me with hardwood options via text within 1/2 hour. Three hours later, I purchased a beautiful floor. Nancy and Doug were efficient and personable. Dugs Rugs prices are competitive and they are HONEST! I would highly recommend you try them. AND.... if you find anything you like that they don't carry, Nancy can get it for you at a great price. I Love Love Love them!!!!!!

We needed a new kitchen floor. The product we chose cracked, but the company came back and replaced it. However, the replacement also cracked. Nancy, the owner, suggested we choose a different product, which we did. They replaced the floor with the new product, and it's working out great. Throughout the process, they handled everything professionally and provided us with great service. I highly recommend Doug's Rugs!
 

I ordered high quality carpet for my staircases at home. Doug measured and made extremely helpful suggestions to get the best possible appearance. His price for cutting, binding and installation far undercut my old dealer. I will use him again for re-carpeting my business space.
